1. Write a check made out to Birchfield Subdivision and drop it off at one of the board members homes.
2. Write a check made out to Birchfield Subdivision and mail it to Julia Putrich, our treasurer, at:

Dues pay for the following services: Annual snow removal / road salting services; Spring and Fall clean-up and plant fertilization services; Landscaping maintenance / lawn care services; Sprinkler services and repairs; Seasonal decorations (flowers and Christmas lights); Water and electric services for the front entrance of the subdivision; State of Michigan fees for Non-Profit status; Legal consulting services for the association; Mailbox rental / postage / copy charges, etc.; this website; automated phone system; and more.

- Association Dues
- Dues are $325.00 and due by April 15th, 2024
- On April 16, 2024, a late payment fee of $25.00 will be added to any lots that have not paid their dues.
- Dues received April 16, 2023 – July 31, 2024 will be $350.00.
- On August 1, 2024, interest will be charged to lots that have not paid their dues and a lien will be placed on those homes.
- Dues received August 1, 2024 or later will be $375.00 plus any fees associated with lien expenses.
- You should have received an e-mail last week and the letters should be here this week.
- You have two options when paying your 2024 dues.
